Our return policy allows for a 15-day return period. After this period from the date of purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in like-new condition, and returned in its original packaging.
It is not possible to return:
- Gift vouchers
- Products purchased on sale
To initiate the return process, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the return directly to the manufacturer.
In some circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any product that is not in its original condition, has damage or is missing parts that are not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 15 days after the delivery date.
Refunds (if approved)
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and the outcome of the evaluation.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Delays in refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your deposit yet, we recommend checking your bank account first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as it may take a few days for the refund to be officially posted.
Finally, contact your bank. Refund processing times may vary.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-price items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace products in case of defect or damage.
If you wish to request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@bestdrip.com and return the product to the following address:

If the product was sent to you as a gift (and marked as such), you will receive a gift card of equal value.
Once your return is received, the voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the order was not marked as a gift, or if it was sent directly to the sender, the refund will be credited to the person who placed the order, who will be notified of the return.
Shipping
To request a return, please contact us through the About Us section of the website.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
If you need to return an item worth more than £65, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or insuring the package.
We cannot guarantee receipt of the return without traceability.
