WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use it to monitor the status of your shipment and know where it is at any time.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
TIMELINE: Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your package.
COSTS: We offer an express shipping service at a cost of €8.72, to ensure fast and punctual deliveries.
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES TO PAY?
In 99% of cases, our shipments are not subject to customs duties.
However, should they apply, we offer the customer a voucher equal to 50% of the amount paid at customs, to be used on a future purchase on our site.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE A SIZE? HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A RETURN/REFUND?
Yes, size exchanges are available.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us via WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery.
Once we receive your notification, we will arrange for your package to be picked up and send you the return label.
You will have 3 days to repackage the product and apply the label before the courier arrives.
(Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.)
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact and unremoved.
Products that appear worn, used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Returns will only be valid if the return label is still attached to the product.
Customized items cannot be returned. The sale of these products is final.

Yes, we ship both nationally and internationally, including islands.
We rely on reliable couriers like DHL and SDA, which guarantee regular deliveries throughout Italy.
